ENDURANCE LEGENDS AT DONINGTON PARK 2018
Hailed as "unmissable" after the first event at Donington in 2017, Endurance Legends - the UK's only classic 4hr endurance race - returns to Donington Park over 12-13 May 2018 as part of the new European Endurance Legend Cup!
With a heady mix of race, show and trackday bikes filling the paddocks of Donington Park over 6/7 May 2017, the first Endurance Legends 4hr classic race weekend burst onto the race and show calendar in spectacular style, and put endurance racing back on the map in the UK for the first time since the 1980s!
Endurance Legends 2018 is already underway and now confirmed for 12 & 13 May 2018 so make a note in your diaries and keep tuned into the website and social media for updates!
ENDURANCE LEGENDS & THE EELC
Endurance Legends is now a part of the new European Endurance Legend Cup. The EELC's aim is to enable all European classic race machines built up to and including December 1986 to race together in a true European classic endurance series.
Machines can compete in 4 new classes and must have a classic period appearance and have a minimum engine size of 349cc. All machines will be eligible to race in the EELC with their home race club certification (Eligibility Certificate) or single event EELC eligibility
2018 EELC CLASSES:
LEGEND: 31/12/1975 to 31/12/1984
CLASSIC: 31/12/1968 to 31/12/1981
SUPERBIKE: 31/12/1975 to 31/12/1986
SUPER STOCK: 31/12/1972 to 31/12/1986

WHAT LICENCES ARE REQUIRED?
To race in the 4-Hour Classic Endurance Race, you will need:
ACU race licence: Clubman or greater. We regret that Novice clubman riders are not able to compete
The rider must hold a road race licence issued by a European Federation affiliated to FIM Europe
The rider must have written start permission and repatriation insurance to FIME standards from the federation issuing his/her licence
To comply with all the sections on the entry form declaration
Sometimes the rider has an option to take out a road race licence from his/her federation that includes the start permission and insurance to race abroad and this is stated on the licence
